I could write a long bio highlighting worldly credentials, but I choose not to do that.

I’m a former educator turned, edTech entrepreneur turned, ed-influencer.

And as a believer, I’m on assignment to help others unlock unconditional love.

I’m starting with K-12 educators who suffer from burnout because I believe teachers have the most important role in our human story.

Especially the teachers entrusted to sprinkle mustard seeds of love into the hearts of other humans.

We are oddball influencers God put in place to help humans heal their unhappy hearts.

Oddballs are the merciful, the pure in heart, and the peacemaker, making them anchors in every story.

They do their best to blindly show mercy when everyone around them is reaching for revenge.

They do their best to prioritize the pure hearted path when everyone around them is blinded by fear.

Our Process

We help two overlooked educators bypass burnout to serve as believer speakers on their staff.

step 1

Mondo spends three hours with a full staff to reignite their fleeting fire to inspire.

step 2

In that session he identifies two educators eager to be coached through burnout.

step 3

Over the next seven months they transform into believer speakers for their staff.
